These terms and conditions apply to consumer purchases of goods on nuskuller.com.

Orders

We process orders on weekdays between 09:00 and 16:00. Orders placed outside this time frame are processed the next business day.

You are responsible for ensuring that the customer information you provide when placing an order is correct. If you wish to change your order after placement, you must contact us as soon as possible at info@nuskuller.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched from the warehouse, changes can be made.

Payment and prices

We accept the following payment methods: Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, MobilePay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payment options and solutions may vary based on your location and address.

When paying with a debit card, e.g., MasterCard Debit, the amount will be reserved on your account in accordance with the card issuer’s terms until we either charge or cancel the payment.

The amount is only charged when the item is shipped. If you have ordered multiple items and one or more cannot be delivered immediately, we only charge for the items that are shipped.

All prices are stated in EUR (€) and include Danish VAT. Prices are daily prices and are updated continuously. Depending on your location and address, VAT may be included in the price.

Delivery

We deliver and offer shipping to international countries and cities but may be limited by connections such as bridges, city boundaries, and blockages, as well as changes in the country’s infrastructure. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your desired country or city, you should contact us. Delivery prices depend on location, weight, number of units, and delivery type, for example standard, fast, or express. Delivery prices may vary.

The delivery time depends on your location and address and the desired delivery destination. We cannot provide any fixed guarantee for delivery.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason. If you have purchased multiple items in one order, you can choose to withdraw from the entire purchase or part of it.

The period is calculated from the day you or another person designated by you (except the carrier) receives the item in physical possession. For multiple deliveries, the period is calculated from the day you receive the last item.

If the period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, it is extended to the following business day.

How to withdraw

To withdraw, you must give us clear notice. This can be done by sending an email to: info@nuskuller.com.

It is not sufficient to refuse to accept the item or fail to collect it.

The period is met if you send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or without delivery.

You pay for the return shipping yourself.

It is important that you contact us before returning your order. Returns without confirmation from our administration and company are not accepted and will not be approved.

Refund upon withdrawal

When you withdraw, we will refund all payments including any delivery costs. If you only withdraw from part of an order, delivery costs are not refunded.

The amount is refunded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the payment until we have received the item back or received proof of return.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase. You are not charged any fees in connection with the refund.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any reduction in value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.

The item must be returned securely packaged. You bear the risk for the items until we receive them. Keep the postal receipt and any track and trace number.

Complaints

The rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply. You have a 2-year right to complain if the item has a defect, e.g., a manufacturing defect or incorrect information. Normal wear and tear or self-inflicted damage is not covered.

In case of a justified complaint, the item can be repaired or exchanged. If this is not possible, you can receive a refund or a price reduction.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time. If you complain within 2 months after discovering the defect, it is always considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we refund your reasonable shipping costs.
